Hivesignal
Hivesignal handles social media for solo founders who don't have time to be their own social media manager. Every day, AI drafts posts based on what you're building, you review and approve in one quick pass, and it auto-publishes to X, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok. It also watches your inbox and mentions, and flags anything that actually needs your attention, so you're not digging through notifications all day. I'm building this solo and currently in early access, looking for a handful of founders to try it and tell me what's broken. If "I haven't posted in two weeks" sounds familiar, I'd love your feedback. I shipped 10 features in 2 weeks building solo and still have 0 paying customers I've been heads-down building Hivesignal, an AI tool that drafts and publishes social posts for solo founders, so you don't have to be your own social media manager. In the last two weeks I shipped: rate limiting on signups, a CSV export, alert acknowledgement, time-range filtering, notification previews, and a handful of other dashboard improvements. Here's the uncomfortable part: none of that moved the number that actually matters. I've got 19 visitors and $0 in revenue. What I'm realizing is that I was treating "ship more features" as the job, when the actual job right now is "get in front of more solo founders and see if this solves a real problem for them." Easy to know that in theory, harder to act on when building feels more comfortable than reaching out to strangers. So I'm course-correcting: pausing new features for now, and spending this week just talking to founders who might actually need this. If you're running solo and social media is the thing you keep meaning to get to but never do, I'd genuinely love to hear how you handle it today, even if it's "I just don't." Happy to return the favor and look at what you're building too.
