A product page is a shared home for a product’s launches, reviews, and history. This policy explains who can own and manage a product page.
Makers and submitters
Anyone can submit a product they think the community should see. The person or team that builds the product can claim ownership of its page to manage its details and launches.
Claiming a product
To claim a product, you verify your connection to it — for example, through the product’s official domain or accounts. Once verified, you can edit the listing, respond to reviews, and schedule launches. Claims are reviewed to prevent hijacking.
No duplicates
Each real product should have a single page. Before creating a listing we check by name, slug, domain, and website URL, and existing pages are used instead of new duplicates. Duplicate pages are merged, with launch and review history preserved where possible.
