Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy

Last updated: August 10, 2026

We respect intellectual property and expect our community to do the same. This policy explains what we require and how to report infringement.

Only post what you have the right to post

Do not upload logos, screenshots, copy, or media you do not own or have permission to use. Listing a product does not give you the right to use another company’s trademarks in a misleading way.

Reporting infringement

If you believe content on Indie Need infringes your copyright or trademark, contact us with: your details, identification of the work, the URL of the infringing content, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised. We review valid notices and remove infringing content.

Counter-notice and repeat infringers

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
