## About

When Twilio reports a missed call, this n8n workflow texts the caller your booking link right away. I built it for trades and clinics. Each call is logged to your Google Sheet and emailed to you, replies and STOP are handled, one nudge follows if nobody books, and a daily digest shows who booked. Preview mode is the default, so every text comes to your own inbox until you switch sending on. I ran version 1.1 on n8n on 31 Oct 2026 with real Google Sheets and Gmail, but no real calls or texts, so start in preview. More of my n8n builds are on fractionalhq.uk.

## FAQ

### Does it text US numbers?

Yes, once your Twilio account has A2P 10DLC registration. Until then texts to US callers are not delivered.

### Do I need a public n8n instance?

Yes. Twilio has to reach the webhooks, and workflow 1 needs n8n 1.102.0 or later.

### Can I use another SMS provider?

Yes, if it can post the caller's number and the call outcome to the webhook. You swap the two Twilio send nodes for its SMS node.
